Return Policy

The buyer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, to withdraw in writing from the market by e-mail (info@e-mech.gr) his withdrawal to the Company, but with the obligation to cover the cost / cost of returning the product to the Company's store at 4-8 Korinthou Street, Patras. In this case, the Company within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the above message will return to the buyer the money in the bank account that he will indicate in his withdrawal. For the valid withdrawal of the buyer, the product must be returned to the Company in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage or wear.

• The return can be made: 

        a) or at the Asimakopoulos Panagiotis store (18 Korinthou, Patra 26223)

        b) either by Courier

• In any case, the return of the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Sales, etc.)
  

• In case of change of products in discount or offer, they are changed in the respective discount or offer price and always (not) earlier than the end of the discounts and offers and within the period of 14 days from the day of the confirmed receipt of the order by the buyer .
  

• If the return is due to the fault of the Company, the return cost is borne by the latter.
  

• The return will be accepted only after the approval of the Company and after checking the returned product.  

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Attention: In case the product reaches you damaged, please inform the store (+30 26130 24577) within the next 8 hours, so that it takes responsibility. Otherwise the return will not be possible. The cost of return is borne by the Company. A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product is in its original packaging. The return receipt must be included in the return package.

During the refund process, your account can be either credited for a new or future purchase or refunded to you.
